Cadria
Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
1. Who we are
CADRIA is a photo art-direction service. CADRIA is operated by Taylor Crook, based in California, United States. These terms are an agreement between you and Taylor Crook ("CADRIA", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CADRIA, and at least 18 to buy a subscription or credits.
2. Your photos stay yours
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the edited versions CADRIA produces. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store and display your photos so the app can work for you.
You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo, and that you have permission from anyone recognisable in it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that is unlawful, hateful or designed to deceive or impersonate.
Do not use CADRIA to create misleading images of real people or events. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, without refund.
4. Subscriptions, credits and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires it. If a paid edit fails through our fault, we will restore the credits.
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw or a refund, that right applies and overrides this section.
5. Processed output
CADRIA uses automated systems. Results vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, flattering or suitable for any particular purpose. Review every image before you publish it.
Creative direction and recommendations are automated opinions, not professional advice.
6. Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to give notice of material changes, but we may act immediately where needed for security, legal or abuse reasons.
7. Liability
CADRIA is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion removes your account, your stored edits and your saved data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
