The short version

Your photos and editable projects stay in this browser for the standard Edit, Create and Make a Post workflows. Account data, payments and photos you explicitly share are handled online. Account deletion and removing local projects are separate actions.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, and a display name and avatar if you add one.

Local photos and edits: original files, working previews, projects and editing settings retained in this browser. They do not sync simply because you sign in.

Usage data: which features you use, saved rolls and edits, and basic diagnostic logs so we can fix errors.

Payment data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store a subscription record and never see your full card details.

How your photos are handled

Standard photo filters, video filters, layouts and curated captions run in your browser. Older online processing tools send the selected image to the processing service when you request a result.

Do not submit sensitive photos to online tools. Processing-provider retention and training terms require separate review; this policy does not promise a deletion deadline or provider training restriction that has not been verified.

Local Library projects remain until you remove them or browser storage is cleared. If local storage is unavailable, the app warns that originals or edits could not be kept.

Anyone with a photo-share link can view that share. Do not share private images. Contact support about removal; downloaded copies held by others cannot be recalled.

Faces and biometric data

Local framing and editing may estimate subject or face positions to place a crop or correction. These estimates are not an identity-verification feature. Online processing requests may include the face visible in the image you submit.

Legal basis and your rights

We process your data to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, or object to processing. Use Settings for account deletion or contact support with a data request. Applicable legal deadlines still apply.

Retention

Settings → Delete account removes your account and associated app-owned online data. Local projects and originals remain in this browser; remove them separately from Library. Payment providers may retain transaction and tax records under their own legal obligations. Removing a local project does not recall an already downloaded or shared copy.

Children

CADRIA is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we hold data from a child under 13 we will delete it.
